Solar Yacht

So 

In a land where the sun rises and sets at six each day

The obvious thing to do was to fix up solar panels

and an

ELECTRIC MOTOR

In the beginning was the yacht

This is the wonderful yacht I bought a couple of years ago

It has all the lines taken back to the cockpit

so

it is easy to handle single-handed

However

manoeuvring in harbour can be a tad tricky

especially when this 20 year old diesel engine will not start

and

as the cost of fuel rises each month

and

here in the Ionian Sea the fuel stations are few and far between
